Ps. Rosaleen Goh

This is a short profile on our speaker this week, Ps. Rose Goh =)

Rosaleen Goh is the Youth Church Pastor of Full Gospel Assembly, Kuala Lumpur. Having graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2003, she pursued a Certificate in Youth Studies at Paradise College of Ministry, Australia, the following year. She has been involved in youth ministry for the past 11 years, and decided to go full-time in 2005. Rose (as she is affectionately known) claims that she absolutely loves her “job”! Why? Because she gets to hang out with young people - walk life, be real, laugh & cry - with them, play music, surf the internet, study the Word and do all the other exciting things that youth pastors get to do!

Rose has spoken in various camps, workshops and meetings, and enjoys challenging the young people of today about learning to live life with God. Currently pursuing her Master in Christian Ministry at Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (STM), Rose is passionate about living the best that she can for God, and her desire is to make the reality of God a surety in the lives of all the young people she comes across with.

Some other stuff about me:

Well, I’m not very gifted with height. No complaints though. I play “nerve-wracking” computer games like Text Twist, Solitaire and Tumblebugs. Enjoy things like Taboo, Boggle, volleyball, a walk by the beach, a well-planned saboh, a good cup of coffee and more! Life just rocks!

What else can make us reduce our dependency on McDonalds, prevent us from being broke before the first week of the month is even over and manage our time wisely?

Yes, we at CF want you to be good stewards of your time, money and body. =)

As much as we want you to be good stewards and prioritise well, we all have the right to choose what are our priorities and decide how we will manage our time etc, right?

Let's admit it, as students we always have trouble managing our allowance and time, don't we?
For example, staying up until 4.00 am to finish an assignment which was given months before?

Also, we take our health for granted....
How many times have you eaten at McDonald's for the past month? =P

So, in order to be better stewards of our time, money and health, we are having a bible study this week!


















When we study the bible, what do we need? We need a BIBLE!
So, boys and girls, remember to bring your bibles this Friday!

How was the game 'Choices' last week?

Learnt any lessons from it? We hope you did. =)
















Anyway, this week, we will have a debriefing on the game, on how it is very similar with our daily lives and such.

Our lives are sometimes hectic, sometimes mundane but it is us ourselves that decide what are the things that are important in our lives. So, what are your priorities?

Also the CF committee will be sharing their own opinions about the game and how it went. Maybe you can share some of yours too? (Yes, you can =P)
