High Praise

Hello everyone!

For the past 3 weeks we have learnt about personal and corporate worship.

So, how do we finally end the month based on our theme, Worship?
(Although, it never really ends because we will continue to learn about it, right?

Yup, we are having High Praise!

But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4: 23-24

So it is important that we bring our hearts and focus on Him!

Oooh, we are going to have a greaaattt time! Aren't you excited?

So, see you there! =)

Worship Styles

Hey you! =)

In case you have forgotten or don't know yet, this month's theme is Worship!

So what's up this week?

We are having Mr. Franklin to speak on..
Worship styles!

There is a lot of controversy in the church today over worship styles.

Should we sing hymns or choruses?
Should we have drums?
Is it too loud?

In the end of the day, whether our worship style is traditional, comtemporary, charismatic etc, God is the centre of it all and it really should be all about Him. =)

Come and learn more this Friday!

We'll see you there. =)

Between you and Him

Hello there!

It is already July and half a year has passed, can you imagine?
How time flies. (Tick tock)

The next thing you know it's already the end of the year or 2 years has passed or...
Okay, let's focus people.

Anyway, the theme for this month is Worship!

This week we are having Ps. Alex Tan to speak on personal worship between you and God.

Scripture, prayer, reflection and service are all elements of personal worship. But all of this, is only between you and God.

Focus on God’s presence, hear His Word, and respond to His grace.

So come come!

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. Mathew 6:6
